- Prices are expressed in RSD dinars, including VAT, per person per night. The price list is not valid on holidays (New Year, Christmas, Easter, May Day) and if there is 1 person in the room.
- Rule for 1/1 - Surcharge for 1/1 room is 500.00 din on weekdays.
- Rule for 1/1 - The full capacity of the room on weekends is paid 10.000 din. or 13.000 dinars.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% is required within 3 days of the reservation. Payment must be made to the hotel's account: 205-196711-06 and the rest in cash or payment cards when checking in at the reception;
- The price is guaranteed only for payment of the full amount, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to change prices;
- For payments from abroad, bank charges are borne by the payer, otherwise the cost will be charged at the hotel reception.
Notes:
- The price does not include residence tax.
- Guest check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
- Cancellation of reservation: According to hotel business regulations, it is necessary to cancel the reservation no later than 72 hours before the start of the reservation, otherwise you will be charged for one night at full price.
- Daily stay in the hotel includes the use of superior rooms for 3 hours, and these rooms can be used by one or two people. The price of day care is 2,000.00 dinars. Pool and wellness tickets are charged additionally.
- For group visits (20 or more people) with an overnight stay as well as the use of wellness, prices and conditions are separately negotiated.
- The hotel also offers various types of massages that, in combination with bathing in thermal waters, have a beneficial effect on the body.
PRICE INCLUDES:
- Bed and breakfast service;
- Access to and unlimited use of wellness facilities (salt room, steam bath, showers with thermal water, sauna, tropical showers), as well as unlimited use of the pool with thermo-mineral water. The working hours of the swimming pool for hotel guests are every day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The guest is obliged to wear a special bracelet during the entire stay in the hotel.
- Guests have bathrobes available in the rooms.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Residence tax 100 dinars (per day per person). According to the decision of the SO Sokobanja, the residence tax is paid by everyone over 15 years old, and children from 7 to 15 years old pay 50% of the price of the residence tax. Persons with disabilities, foreign citizens who are exempted from paying the tax according to international conventions and agreements, as well as persons who continuously stay in the accommodation facility for more than 30 days are exempted from paying the residence tax.
- Other individual expenses.
DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN:
- Children up to 2 years free
- Children from 2 to 5 years old pay 50%
- Children aged 5 to 12 in their own bed pay 70% of the price accompanied by one or two paying adults and have breakfast at the hotel.
- The parent is obliged to show the child's health card.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOTEL GUESTS:
- In case the guest leaves the hotel before the end of the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to charge one extra night per person for the days of stay.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
- The reservation is valid from the day the guest pays 50% of the total amount.
- The reservation can only be canceled in writing.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation for any reason, the hotel does not refund the advance payment.
- In case of rescheduling, guest can use the advance payment until the end of the current year.
Swimming pool and Wellness price list
FOR GUESTS NOT STAYING IN THE HOTEL
- Pool - adults: 1200 din;
- Three-day ticket (3 days connected): 3000 din;
- Pool + wellness (sauna, salt room and steam bath): 1500 din;
- Wellness (sauna, salt room and steam bath): 800 din.;
- Children up to 1 year old do not pay to use the pool;
- Children up to 10 years: 500 din;
- Children up to 10 years old do not pay for Wellness;
MONTHLY SWIMMING POOL TICKET
- Monthly pool ticket - 15000 din;
- Monthly ticket for children up to 10 years - 7500 din;
For a group of 20 or more people, the ticket price is 600 din. and the group must be announced the day before.
Use of all Wellness facilities includes sauna, steam bath, salt room, tropical showers. It is mandatory to wear a special bracelet, which can be obtained at the cash register.
