- Please note that the prices are PER PERSON and such price includes bed and breakfast, use of the swimming pool and accompanying wellness facilities.
- Prices are expressed in RSD dinars, including VAT, per person per night. The price list is not valid on holidays (New Year, Christmas, Easter, May Day) and if there is 1 person in the room.
- Rule for 1/1 - Surcharge for 1/1 room is 500 RSD on weekdays.
- Rule for 1/1 - The full capacity of the room on weekends is paid 10.000 RSD or 13.000 RSD;
PAYMENT TERMS:
- To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% is required within 3 days of the reservation. Payment must be made to the hotel's account: 205-196711-06 and the rest in cash or payment cards when checking in at the reception;
- The price is guaranteed only for payment of the full amount, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to change prices;
- For payments from abroad, bank charges are borne by the payer, otherwise the cost will be charged at the hotel reception.
Notes:
- The price does not include residence tax.
- Guest check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
- Cancellation of reservation: According to hotel business regulations, it is necessary to cancel the reservation no later than 72 hours before the start of the reservation, otherwise you will be charged for one night at full price.
- Daily stay in the hotel includes the use of superior rooms for 3 hours, and these rooms can be used by one or two people. The price of day care is 2,000 RSD. Pool and wellness tickets are charged additionally.
- For group visits (20 or more people) with an overnight stay as well as the use of wellness, prices and conditions are separately negotiated.
- The hotel also offers various types of massages that, in combination with bathing in thermal waters, have a beneficial effect on the body.
PRICE INCLUDES:
- Bed and breakfast service;
- Access to and unlimited use of wellness facilities (salt room, steam bath, showers with thermal water, sauna, tropical showers), as well as unlimited use of the pool with thermo-mineral water. The working hours of the swimming pool for hotel guests are every day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The guest is obliged to wear a special bracelet during the entire stay in the hotel.
- Guests have bathrobes available in the rooms.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Residence tax 100 RSD (per day per person). According to the decision of the SO Sokobanja, the residence tax is paid by everyone over 15 years old, and children from 7 to 15 years old pay 50% of the price of the residence tax. Persons with disabilities, foreign citizens who are exempted from paying the tax according to international conventions and agreements, as well as persons who continuously stay in the accommodation facility for more than 30 days are exempted from paying the residence tax.
- Other individual expenses.
DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN:
- Children up to 2 years free accommodation
- Children from 2 to 5 years old pay 50%
- Children aged 5 to 12 in their own bed pay 70% of the price accompanied by one or two paying adults and have breakfast at the hotel.
- The parent is obliged to show the child's health card.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOTEL GUESTS:
- In case the guest leaves the hotel before the end of the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to charge one extra night per person for the days of stay.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
- The reservation is valid from the day the guest pays 50% of the total amount.
- The reservation can only be canceled in writing.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation for any reason, the hotel does not refund the advance payment.
- In case of rescheduling, guest can use the advance payment until the end of the current year.
for guests not staying in the hotel
- Pool - adults: work days 1000 SRD, Saturday and Sunday 1200 RSD
- Pool - adults: from 14.02. until 18.02.25. swimming pool ticket - 1500 RSD
- Night swimming Saturdays and Wednesdays from 21:00 to 00:00. Ticket price for Saturday 800 RSD and Wednesday 500 RSD.
- Three-day ticket: (3 consecutive days) 2500 RSD.
- Five-day ticket (5 consecutive days): 4000 RSD.
- Pool + wellness (sauna, salt room and steam bath) work days: 1000 RSD+ 500 RSD= 1500 RSD.
- Pool + wellness (sauna, salt room and steam bath) Saturday and Sunday: 1200 RSD+ 500 RSD= 1700 RSD.
- Wellness (sauna, salt room and steam bath): 1500 RSD
- Children up to 3 year old do not pay to use the pool.
- Children up to 10 years: 500 RSD
- Children up to 10 years old do not pay for wellness.
GROUP TICKET
For a group of 10 or more people, the GROUP TICKET PRICE per person is 800 din. With mandatory announcement of the group the day before. Use of all Wellness facilities with an additional charge of 500 dinars includes sauna, steam bath, salt room, tropical showers. It is mandatory to wear a special bracelet that can be purchased at the reception.
Bathers are obliged to bring their own bathing equipment (towel, slippers…).
MONTHLY swimming POOL TICKET
- Monthly pool ticket - 18000 RSD
- Monthly ticket for children up to 10 years - 10500 RSD
THE FOLLOWING PRICES APPLY FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS WITH ID CARD:
- The price of a monthly ticket for residents of Sokobanja with an ID card - 7000 RSD
- The price of a monthly ticket for children up to 7 years of age from the residents of Sokobanja - 2500 RSD
- The price of a daily pool ticket for Sokobanja residents with an ID card - 700 RSD
